Fitness YouTuber Kyra Provost (known as Kyra Pro) really knows how to tug at our heartstrings while we break a sweat — working out to music from iconic boy bands is, well, pretty iconic! This 20-minute session features Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back,” “Step by Step” from New Kids On The Block, Boyz II Men’s “Motownphilly,” “Get Down (You’re the One for Me)” by none other than the Backstreet Boys (aka, BSB), “Bye Bye Bye” from NSYNC (of course!), and One Direction‘s “You & I.”
Provost does dance moves throughout (how could she not?!), but she also includes side skater jumps, standing ab exercises, and other exercises like squat variations (drop squats during “Get Down,” for example), lunges, and punches.
